Started by the Solorio family in 1995, Monte Alban has been a Georgia authentic Mexican food for almost 25 years. Favorite tables, favorite waiters, and most importantly, favorite margaritas, have become rituals for so many Georgia families over the years. In fact, many Georgians had their first sip of a frozen margarita at Monte Alban in 1995 when it introduced the city’s first. Monte Alban currently operates three locations, serving as its flagship restaurant. Tex-Mex favorites including famous fajitas, enchiladas, puffy quesos and our famous combination plates have made Monte Alban a household name.
